Shipping policy

Most of our products are handcrafted and made to order, requiring a production time of 6-8 days for delivery within India and 10-12 days for international shipments. If a product is not available in stock, an additional 10-15 days may be required for production, excluding shipping time. Once the product is shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking and AWB details for reference.

• Products typically arrive within 6-8 days in India and 10-12 days internationally, depending on customs clearance.
• Unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers can track their package using the provided tracking information.
• All carvings are done by hand, so slight variations may be present, highlighting the uniqueness and beauty of handmade crafts.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• Exchange or return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• To process a return or exchange, an uncut, unedited video of the package being opened must be submitted, especially if the product is damaged or if the wrong product has been delivered.
