Refund policy

We offer exchanges and returns for items that are damaged or defective. Please note that minor shade differences or artwork variations may occur, as all products are handmade, highlighting the unique craftsmanship.

Return Request:

  • Requests for a return or exchange must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • Domestic Customers (India): The company will cover the shipping charges for returns.
  • International Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Opening Video Requirement: Customers are required to provide an uncut, unedited video of the parcel opening, as guided by our shipping partners, to document any damage caused by mishandling. No exchange or return will be processed without this video.

Review & Process:

  • After the video is reviewed by our quality team, a decision will be made regarding the return or exchange.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will either send a replacement or process the return as requested.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item is received.

Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible if:

  • The product delivered is incorrect.
  • The product delivered is damaged.

Steps to Initiate a Refund:

  • Refund requests must be lodged within 24 hours of product delivery.
  • Processing fees and shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount (depending on location).
  • Domestic Customers (India): No shipping charges will apply.
  • The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
