Shipping and Delivery Policy

The majority of our products are made to order, which means they may require a time frame of 6-8 days for delivery within India and 10-12 days for international deliveries. This applies to most items, except those that are already in stock. Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking/AWB details to keep you updated on your order’s status.

  1. Delivery Time:

    • Products typically reach customers within 6-8 working days within India and 10-12 working days internationally. The delivery timeline may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and regional shipping logistics for international orders.
  2. Delays:

    • While we strive to deliver products promptly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing for international shipments. If there are any delays, you can always track your package using the tracking information provided, or reach out to us for updates.
  3. Order Cancellation:

    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the made-to-order nature of most products. Each item is handcrafted and tailored specifically for you, and cancellations disrupt the production process. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming your purchase.
  4. Stock Availability:

    • If a product is not available in stock, we kindly request 10-15 days for production and delivery. We aim to ensure that every product is crafted to perfection, and this timeframe allows us to produce high-quality items for you.
  5. Handmade Craftsmanship:

    • All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means that minor differences in carvings, textures, or finishes may occur. These small variations are part of the charm of handmade goods, making each item unique. Please understand that these variations do not constitute a defect but rather highlight the artistry involved in creating your product.
  6. Exchange and Refund Policy (4-7 Days):

    • We understand that sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, an exchange or refund may be necessary. Our exchange and refund policy allows for such requests under the following conditions:
      • Initiation Window: Exchange or refund requests must be initiated within 4-7 days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will unfortunately not be processed. We ask that you inspect the product upon delivery to ensure its condition meets your expectations.
      • Required Documentation: To proceed with an exchange or refund, you must provide an uncut and unedited video of the package being opened. This video must clearly show the condition of the product, including the packaging, shipping label, and any damages or discrepancies with the item received. This video serves as proof and is essential for the claim to be considered.
      • Damage or Incorrect Item: Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product is found to be damaged during transit or if the wrong item is delivered. Please note that minor color variations or slight differences in handmade products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
      • Return of Product: If the refund or exchange is approved, you will be required to return the product in its original, unused condition. Upon receiving the returned product, we will initiate the refund process or ship a replacement item, depending on your request.
      • Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
      • Shipping Costs: If a product is being returned for a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, return shipping will be reimbursed.
  7. Customer Responsibility:

    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the video provided shows a clear and complete opening of the package. The video should demonstrate any damage, defect, or incorrect product received. This step is crucial for verifying the issue and processing the request accordingly.
