Shipping and Delivery Policy
The majority of our products are made to order and may require a time frame of 6-8 days for delivery within India and 10-12 days internationally, except for items that are in stock. Once the product is shipped, customers will be notified via email with the tracking/AWB details.
Please note:
- Products typically reach customers within 6-8 days working in India and 10-12 working days internationally, depending on customs clearance.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You can always track your package using the provided tracking information.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- If a product is not available in our stock, we require approximately 10-15 days to produce it.
- All carvings are done by hand, so minor differences in carving may occur, showcasing the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.
Exchange or refund requests must be made within 4 days of delivery and will only be processed if accompanied by an uncut, unedited video of the package being opened.
