Refund Policy

 

We offer exchanges and returns on items that are either damaged or defective. Minor shade differences or artwork variations may occur as all items are handmade. Customers are requested to make an opening video of the parcels as guided by our shipping partners to check for any damage due to mishandling.

After reviewing the package opening videos, our quality team will make a decision on the refund or exchange. Once the decision has been made, a return for the parcel will be initiated. Upon receiving the returned product, we will either send another item or refund the amount to the customer as requested. All returns are processed within 7-10 working days after the return package is received.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

The request for exchange or refund must be lodged within 5 days of delivery. The exchange or return will only be processed if accompanied by an uncut, unedited package opening video.
