We provide refunds for products that are damaged during transit or incorrectly delivered. Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or artwork are natural due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Refund Guidelines

1. Initiating a Refund Request:

   • Refund requests must be initiated within 4-7 days of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible.
   • To qualify, customers must provide an uncut and unedited video of the package opening that clearly shows:
     • The outer packaging.
     • The shipping label with the delivery address.
     • The condition of the product, highlighting any damage or incorrect delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

   • Refunds are applicable only for items that are either damaged or incorrectly delivered.
   • The package opening video is mandatory and must meet the specified requirements to validate the claim.

3. Refund Process:

   • Once the refund request is submitted, our quality assurance team will carefully review the provided video and other supporting details.
   • If the request is approved, customers will be notified and asked to return the product in its original condition.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive the returned product.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are required to initially bear the cost of return shipping. If the refund is approved, the return shipping cost will also be reimbursed.

5. Resolution Timeline:

   • We aim to review and address all refund requests within 3-5 working days of receiving the required documentation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the returned product.

6. Non-Refundable Situations:

   • Refund requests made after the specified 4-7 days of delivery window.
   • Requests submitted without an uncut and unedited package opening video.
   • Products with minor variations in shade, texture, or size due to their handmade nature.

Additional Terms

• Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each item is handcrafted and prepared specifically for you.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package opening video clearly captures the condition of the delivered item. This video serves as the primary proof for processing refund requests.
